Search visibility
Being found when someone looks for a venue in your region.
Search builds visibility that lasts and does not stop the day you stop paying. Expect three to six months before the first effects, but what is gained stays gained.
The starting point
Nobody types the name of your château.
Someone starting their search does not know your venue yet. They type “wedding venue” followed by the name of their region, or “reception hall” followed by their town. If your site answers none of those searches, it only exists for people who already know you.
Your Google listing plays the same role, often before the site itself: it is what appears on the map, with your photographs, your opening hours and your reviews.
What I do
The work, in the order that produces.
- Technical foundations. Heading structure, tags, loading speed, indexing. Included in the build, never billed separately.
- One page per real search. One keyword per page, chosen from what your clients actually type, not from an office hunch.
- Your Google listing kept alive. Photographs, posts, replies to reviews, information kept current.
- Articles published on your site. The questions your future clients ask before visiting, written and published for you.
- A review of your positions. Where you stand, on which searches, and what has moved.
What people ask
About search visibility.
How long before I see anything?
Three to six months for the first movements, longer on the most contested searches. Anyone promising you the first page within three weeks is selling you advertising without saying so.
Is it included in the website?
The technical part is, entirely: structure, tags, speed, indexing. The continuous work, writing, publishing and keeping your Google listing alive month after month, is a separate engagement.
I am already on the wedding platforms, is that not enough?
They bring you enquiries, and they take a commission or a subscription for it. Your own site and your Google listing are the only two places where you pay nobody to be seen.
