A stone estate and its laid terrace at sunset

Free diagnosis, no appointment

A diagnosis of your online presence.

You give me the name of your venue. I look at your website, your Google listing and your social accounts the way a client discovering you would, and I write back.

Three fields, that is all.

What I look at

  • Your website on a phone: how long the first photograph takes, what a visitor finds in ten seconds, and where they have to click to write to you.
  • Your position on Google for the real searches in your region, the ones your clients type, not the ones we wish they typed.
  • Your Google listing: photographs, opening hours, reviews, and what it says to someone who does not know you.
  • Your social accounts, and above all the date of the last post, because it is the first thing anyone checks.

What it is not

It is not a forty-page report produced by a machine, nor a score out of a hundred that means nothing. I look myself, and you receive a few lines written by hand: what works, what is costing you enquiries, and where I would start if it were my venue.

It is not a pretext for calling you ten times either. If you do not reply, I do not insist. And if the answer is that there is nothing to do, I say that too, it has happened.
