This page explains what data is collected on azimut-agency.com, why, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.

Data collected
Only the contact form collects personal data: your name, the name of your venue, your email address, your telephone number, and the message you write. To this are added the answers you select in the form, namely the type of venue, your current situation, and who looks after your communication.
No account is created, no profile is built, and no data is collected without your knowledge while you browse.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to reply to you and to prepare the telephone conversation you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, expressed by voluntarily sending the form, together with pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for the statutory retention period applying to accounting records.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes. Three technical providers are involved in running this site:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form messages to the Azimut Agency inbox.
- Vercel Inc., which hosts and serves the site.
- Vercel Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without any data that could identify you.
Transfers outside the European Union
These three providers are established outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. The resulting data transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This site stores a single item in your browser: the record that you have acknowledged the information banner. The audience measurement used sets no cookie and keeps no data that could identify you, it only counts page views. No advertising tracking is used, and no data is shared with advertising networks. The typefaces are served by this site, they call on no outside service.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to tanguy@azimut-agency.com: you will receive an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form messages travel over an encrypted connection and arrive in an inbox protected by two-factor authentication.
